Choosing the Best Spots for Your Plants
03/10/2011 05:35Many times we germinate seeds on impulse then find there is nowhere in the garden that really suits the plants from wondering eyes or DEA spies. Before germinating seeds carefully examine your strain to see how much sun and shade it needs, some strains of Marijuana are shade-lovers, other strains are sun-lovers. Certain strains do much better when they don't have direct sunlight for most of the hours in the day, which means they prefer indirect sunlight, while other strains require a greenhouse type enclosure because they are use to tropical climates and they need that extra humidity that a greenhouse can offer.
Camouflage Your Plants
The roots of trees are fiercely competitive and will steal all the nutrients and moisture meant for your flowers. You plants should be grown above ground in pots or in growing bags filled with potting soil or compost. Group your Marijuana plants in sets of threes or fives. Tall Marijuana plants should go to the back, or the center of your garden. If you have tall citrus trees your plants will love the shade and large orange groves can give you the perfect cover you need from DEA or prowlers. The right color scheme is one way to maintain secrecy of your garden. DEA can tell what type of flowers your growing from afar, they are trained to spot the color.
